Chris has taught over 700 classes on strategic, tactical, and firearms operations, as well as crisis negotiations and crisis management, to law enforcement, military, and civilian students ranging from beginner to advanced. He taught these classes while serving in operational assignments to maintain his credibility, technical expertise, and understanding of the most current real-world applications, threats, and trends.
Additionally, Chris’ experience as a tactical operator, first responder, and leader, combined with the training that he received, and the training that he provided to law enforcement and military personnel, has allowed him to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Phoenix Police Use of Force Board, as well as several highly respected Arizona attorneys, and he has testified in the Maricopa County Superior Court as an SME. Chris has served as an SME for topics including police use-of-force, firearms deployments and operations, tactical operations, and police policies and practices.
